Refunds, Returns & Replacements

At Gifts Everyone Loves, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Every order is made with care, and if something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

✅ Refunds

  • 60-Day Money Back Guarantee: You may request a refund within 60 days, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return

  • Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Personalized Items: Because custom items are made uniquely for you, they can only be refunded if the item arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

  • How to Request: Email us at giftseveryoneloves@outlook.com with your name, order number, and details about the issue to start the return. Our customer care team will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us—we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Exchanges are available for eligible items (such as size or color changes). Personalized products can be exchanged or remade only in the event the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Clearance/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


📦 Replacements

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives defective or we send the wrong product, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost. Please send us a photo of the issue so we can process it quickly.

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll replace it free of charge. If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office for a claim ID—once verified, we’ll help with a replacement.


🚚 Address Issues & Returned to Sender

  • If an incorrect address is provided and your order is returned to us, we can reship it for a small shipping & handling fee.

  • If you choose not to have it reshipped, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued.

  • If a package is not returned and is lost or destroyed in transit, we may offer 50% store credit toward a new order.


🛑 Order Cancellations

  • Because all items are made to order, cancellations or modifications must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.


⏳ Warranty Period

  • Our refund/replacement coverage lasts 60 days from the date your order was delivered. After 60 days, we may not be able to offer refunds or replacements.
