🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At Gifts Everyone Loves, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make the process as simple as possible.

✅ Eligibility

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Personalized/custom items are only eligible for return or replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or with a personalization error.

🛠 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at giftseveryoneloves@outlook.com with your:

    • Name

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item (if defective/incorrect)

    • Reason for return/refund

  2. Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label via email.

  4. Package your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at a UPS location.

  5. Once received, we’ll either:

    • Refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days, or

    • Send a replacement within 72 hours.

🚚 Lost or Missing Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact your local post office for a claim ID. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement.

  • If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
