  • All items are made to order. Payment is collected at checkout and processed securely through Shopify or trusted providers (Shop Pay, PayPal, credit cards).

  • Please double-check your order details (including personalization and shipping address) before submitting—we create your items based on what you provide.

🎨 Personalized Items

  • Personalized/custom products are created especially for you and cannot be returned or canceled once production has started.

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with an error in personalization, we’ll gladly replace or refund it.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 2–4 business days (slightly longer during peak holidays).

  • Delivery time: Typically 3–6 business days after shipping.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Personalized items can only be returned if defective or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, natural events, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
